9th Annual Copper K Fiber Festival - Vendor Application

The Copper K Fiber Festival is sponsored by Ranching Tradition Fiber. The festival will take place at the historic Copper K Barn, south of Whitehall, Montana.  July 19 & 20, 2025

Application Process:   

 

• Application is required.  

• Application must be submitted or postmarked by May 1, 2025.          

• Application is accepted / rejected through committee review and jurying.    

• We have limited space.  You will be notified of acceptance / rejection no later than July 1, 2025.

• If accepted, you will receive a booth invoice at the time of acceptance.

• Booth Fees are due upon acceptance and receipt of booth invoice.                                                        

Eligibility:                                     

• Booth merchandise must be fiber or textile-related.

• Vendors must carry and provide proof of insurance.
